1. Introduction

Welcome to GlowGigs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of glowgigs.com and the services we provide (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using GlowGigs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

GlowGigs connects beauty, wellness, and health professionals with employers seeking their skills. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

3. Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

4. Payments

Some features of the Service require payment of fees or a subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change our pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to GlowGigs, including profiles, resumes, certificates, job listings, and images. By submitting content you grant GlowGigs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that you have the rights to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end, though certain provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. GlowGigs does not guarantee employment, hiring outcomes, or the accuracy of content submitted by users. We are not a party to any agreement between professionals and employers.
